Beginner Friendly Classes

In this 5 week beginners series we will teach you the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn the basics of posture alignment, breath work and meditation and by the end of the 5 weeks will feel confident stepping into any yoga class.
This series includes unlimited yoga for all 5 weeks so you are able to explore different levels, styles and teachers. The Yoga 101 beginner series requires pre-registration. Check out our EVENTS page to see when the next series begins

This class is for all levels of practice and abilities. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of the class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

This class is great for anyone looking for a bit more movement then a gentle class but doesn't want the full intensity of a Vinyasa class. The teacher will offer instructions and modifications to make this class assessable for all levels and while giving more experienced practitioners options to challenge themselves.

Experience the benefits of This is an all levels yoga class, followed by an extended savasana enhanced by a soothing multi-instrument sound bath lead by a certified sound healing practitioner. Perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with their body and mind.

This class uses various props to get students into stretches that will be held for 1 - 3 minutes allowing both the muscles and ligaments to release. Modifications will be offered to help each student access and benefit for the various yoga poses.

This class will integrate gentle yoga, meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you to find balance and peace. Class will start with gentle movement and yoga positions to help you connect with your body and to prepare you to settle into guided meditation. If you have been looking to be more present and cultivate a meditation practice this is a great place to start. All levels welcome.

Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Gong) refers to working with the energy life force within each of us. When we practice Qi Gong, we connect breathwork to movement, creating a practice that enriches and nourishes our body and mind.

Restorative yoga is a gentle "zero" flow series of various reclined poses held for 5-15 minutes to soothe the nervous system, restore energy, and balance the body. Props are used to support the body as it eases into relaxation. All levels welcome.

Also known as “Yoga of awareness” this deeply spiritual and healing practice includes repetitive movement, chanting, and meditation to help you to become more conscious of your physical and emotional energy. By working with the chakras or energy centers, Kundalini yoga can help you to eliminate limiting beliefs and feel more balanced. This practice is accessible to all levels of fitness and experience.

Prenatal yoga is a great opportunity to move, breath, and connect with both your baby and other expecting moms. All trimesters and yoga levels are welcome.

Intermediate Classes

In a Vinyasa class students will detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by moving through traditional yoga postures connected in a fluid and unique flow. Vinyasa can be defined as connecting movement to breath and has an emphasis on motion, balance and intention. This class is appropriate for all levels but It is recommended that students have some experience with yoga before attending.

Hip Hop Yoga is a high energy Vinyasa Flow paired to Hip Hop music. In this yoga class we will build up a sweat while we move through different Vinyasa flows and have fun with challenging arm balances and inversions. Once we build up a peak flow we will turn up the music and give you time to move on your own either following the set flow or taking it in wherever direction your body wants to move. We will explore different arm balances or inversions in each class before settling into a well earned shavasana.
This class will move quickly, prior vinyasa yoga experience recommended.
