Studio Policies

You can book a class up to 14 days before the start of class and no sooner.

You need to withdraw from classes at least 4 HRS prior to the start of class. We hope that this gives people on the waitlist enough time to register and fill empty spots. Text the studio at (603)759-8432 if you have a last minute emergency and need to withdraw within the 4 hr window.

Unlimited members will be charged a $10 No Show fee for any class that you are signed up for and do not attend. This fee will apply to anyone with an unlimited yoga package including our recurring members, students taking advantage of the new student special and students who have access to unlimited classes while attending Foundations of Aerial and Yoga Teacher Training. These charges will automatically be made to your credit card on file at the beginning of each month for classes missed during the prior month. Non members will continue to lose their class credit for missed classes. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

You will be able to purchase passes for special events and workshops at any time as soon as the event is posted. We will manually register you for the event in Fitli prior to the start of the event. To receive a full refund we will require a 2 day (48 hr) notice if you can not attend the event by email to VibeYoga603@gmail.com or Call/Text to (603) 759 8432. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Although we try our best to avoid it - classes, workshops and events may occasionally have to be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit.

To withdraw from a class, you need to log in to your Fitli account and navigate to your calendar. Find the class or appointment you want to cancel, tap on it to open the "Session Profile" popup, and then look for the "Withdraw" link at the bottom. Tap it and confirm your cancellation. If the Withdraw option is not available, it means that you are within a cancellation policy period that does not allow withdrawals. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation, and any session credits will be returned to your account balance for future bookings.

All class passes for regularly scheduled classes and for some events are sharable. Unlimited memberships can not be shared.
If you want to share balances with your family, relatives and/or friends, you can add them as your Relationships. Currently adding relationships and booking them for classes can only be done through the Fitli website and is not available through the Fitli App.

If you have registered for a class and are going to be arriving late please text Melissa at (603) 759 - 8432 so she can try to give the teacher a heads up. Please enter and get set up as quietly as possible as to not disrupt the class.
Once class has started the studio door may be locked and we have the right to deny you access and charge you a No Show Fee.

For safety reasons, in general, all adult group classes are for ages 12+.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to sign a waiver for children younger than 18 years old

If you would like to cancel your monthly membership you must email Melissa at VibeYoga603@gmail.com and request that your membership be cancelled. We ask for 14 days notice when cancelling a membership.
