This 4-week Foundational Aerial Yoga class series is the perfect way to try Aerial Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginners or looking to refresh your skills, this class series will teach you the basics of Aerial Yoga in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.

Vibe Yoga is teaming up with Meredith & Greene to offer you an evening of self care, connecting with the community and supporting downtown business.
We will start at Vibe Yoga with an all levels yoga flow with Catherine designed to connect with the body and open up the senses. We will then walk next door to Meredith & Greene to choose a scent and pour your own candle.
Soaring for Lyme Awareness
Join us on Saturday May 11th as we Soar for Lyme Awareness!
We will be holding different donation based 45 min Aerial Yoga classes all afternoon with all proceeds going to Lyme with the Wind, a Nashua-based support group for tick-borne disease sufferers and their families. Formed by 5 founding members in 2012, the mission of Lyme with the Wind is to make sure that no one feels alone while dealing with chronic Lyme, co-infections, and the varying, ruthless symptoms that can often feel isolating.

In this workshop Michelle will teach you about the Rites of the Munay-Ki, help you to create your own meditation altar and lead you through a practice of two of the 9 rites (Hampe Sand Painting & Bands of Power Blessing).
Munay-Ki can be translated as “energy of Love”. The rights are energetic transmissions that heal the wounds of the past. They transform and upgrade the luminous energy field and re-inform our DNA..
Michelle will guide you through creating a meditation altar with which to practice the Hempe/Healer’s sand painting meditation technique for personal healing and The Bands of Power meditation for protection.
Spirit of Water Medicine
Learn to imprint your water with love and positive intention for optimum physical and spiritual health.
In this workshop Michelle will show you how to create an intention setting & meditative practice that imprints/programs water with our love, intention and the attention of our personal optimal health blueprint. You will learn how to cultivate and use the imprinted water in your daily care practices and cultivate future batches.
Family Yoga: 4 Week Series with Lauren Young (Saturdays at 10:15AM)
During this 4 week series you will enjoy dedicated time spent together as a family. You’ll learn yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness through books, songs, and games! We’ll jump, stomp, crawl, dance, play games, and end class with a snuggly relaxation.
