Join Jeanelle for a guided Shamanic Journey

During our time together, we will blend the meditative practices of ritual and shamanic journeying to deepen connection to the self, the planet and spirit. Both yoga and shamanism remind us that we are a part of nature and that much wisdom can be gathered by tuning into the natural world. In this practice, we will engage in gentle movement to prepare the body and mind for a shamanic journey. During the journey, we will meet our guides, inquire about personal and/or global healing, and open up to our higher purpose or calling as we move forward into these new times. The class will end with begin with gentle movement and will conclude with sound healing, journaling and discussion.

Melissa will cover an array of inversions from shoulder stands to headstands, breaking down how to get into these different poses and demonstrating how you can work these poses into your current practice.
