Arm Balancing Workshop with Bobby Keefe
Join Bobby for a 90 minute workshop focused on breaking down how to get into different arm balances such as crow (Kakasana), side crow (Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2) and peacock pose (Mayurasana) and how you can work these poses into your current practice.
This workshop will show you how to develop the strength, flexibility and courage required to master these poses while utilizing props and offering modifications to help you experience these poses even if you are not an expert yogi!
