Inversion Workshop with Melissa Coppola

Join Melissa for a 90 minute workshop focused on getting upside down!

Melissa will cover an array of inversions from shoulder stands to headstands, breaking down how to get into these different poses and demonstrating how you can work these poses into your current practice.

This workshop will show you how to develop the strength, flexibility and courage required to master these poses while utilizing props and offering modifications to help you experience these poses even if you are not an expert yogi!
