Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Gong) refers to working with the energy life force within each of us. When we practice Qi Gong, we connect breathwork to movement, creating a practice that enriches and nourishes our body and mind.
Qi Gong is an accessible energy practice with no prior experience required.
