Corporate Mindfulness Events

The following mindfulness modules have been designed to address the specific challenges and stresses that many employees experience in a dynamic corporate environment. By incorporating mindful tools such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, and facilitated communication, these events will help your team to feel calm, grounded and focused, setting the stage for increased productivity. Whether your looking to incorporate mindfulness into your next offsite or team meeting, each module can be customized for the specific needs of your team.

Setting Boundaries

Duration : 1 - 2 hrs

Focus: Clarifying Roles | Encouraging Healthy Work/Life Balance | Integrating New Team Members

When we identify and understand our boundaries we begin to clearly define what we want in our lives, whether at work or at home.  Once we understand our boundaries we are better able to communicate expectations to others, we are less likely to accept tasks that are not aligned with our desired life, and it becomes easier to prioritize where we want to put our time and energy. 

This module will include guided meditations and boundary setting activities focused on three areas:

  • Current Role Boundaries: 

    • What we feel is part of our current job, what we will accept as part of our job when we have bandwidth, and what we feel is not part of our job. 

  • Ideal Role Boundaries

    • Clarify what you wish to accept as part of your ideal future role without limiting yourself based on what you currently think is available to you. 

  • Life Boundaries: 

    • As we define our life boundaries we take into consideration time for self care and clarify the people and activities that are energizing and bring you joy and personal growth.


Empowering Employees

Duration : 1 - 2 hrs

Focus: Building Confidence | Encouraging Collaboration | Abundant Mindset

Our current corporate environment has conditioned many of us to have a scarcity mindset; believing that there are limited positions and resources that can be accessed and that there must be a loser in order for someone to win. This mindset often drives fear, jealousy and a lack of collaboration even within members of the same team and company.   

This powerful module will help members of your team to identify and tap into their unique strengths while simultaneously learning how to recognize and celebrate the strengths and success of those around them. Meditations, journal prompts and activities will focus on:

  • Releasing, fear, guilt and limiting beliefs

  • Clarifying what brings you joy and fulfillment (not necessarily what society says you should be striving for)

  • Identifying your personal strengths and how you positively impact others 

  • Recognizing and celebrating success in others

Employees will leave this module feeling empowered, and will recognize that learning to  celebrate the strengths and success of those around them will ultimately lead to building highly successful teams while experiencing more personal joy and fulfillment in life and at work.


Mindfulness Through Change

Duration : 1 - 1.5 hr Module and/or 15 - 30 min Daily Sessions

Focus: Reducing Stress | Releasing Limiting Beliefs | Productivity During Times of Change

This module is created to help employees who are experiencing a high amount of change and uncertainty. It is ideal for groups experiencing mergers, layoffs, reorganizations or other large changes within the organization.

When we deal with high levels of change and uncertainty, our body goes into survival mode and we lose the ability to think creatively and work effectively. Stress caused by change may have many physical and mental symptoms that can manifest as anxiety, burnout, insomnia, digestive problems, muscle tension and high blood pressure.  Lack of information creates uncertainty bias where we begin to see all change as negative and start creating stories that often play on our deepest fears.  

This module is focused on practicing mindful meditations and breathing techniques to get back into a grounded and peaceful state followed by meditations and journaling to identify our personal resistance to change and how this is tied to old thought patterns, storylines and limiting beliefs. 

This Module will cover:

  • Meditation and breathwork techniques to reduce stress (including videos for future use)

  • Shadow work: Meditations and activities to surface our deepest fears in order to better understand and manage them 

  • Identifying what you can influence and control and letting go of negative energy tied to things outside of your control. 

Employees will leave this module in a calmer state of mind having addressed personal fears and conditioned beliefs that may have contributed to heightened stress and anxiety. They will have practiced a variety of meditations and breathing techniques and can access videos to continue practicing the techniques that they found most helpful. 

This module can also be paired with 15 - 30 minute meditations to start and/or end each day of a multi day offsite. 


Vision Setting

Duration : 1.5 hr Kickoff & 30 min Follow Up Sessions

Focus: Clarifying Future Vision of Success | Manifesting Vision

This module is designed for working one on one with a leader or individual looking to gain clarity on a future vision for their business or career. 

During an initial session you will work to identify and release limiting beliefs before being guided through a journey to envision a detailed picture of your future success without limits.  This session can be focused on the structure and success of your business, or on a vision for what personal success, balance and fulfillment look like for you as an individual.  The session will include:

  • Journey to envision future success without limits

  • Boundary setting 

  • Guided meditation to envision detailed first step

  • Establishing manifestation practice: Developing Mantra and gratitude practice to attract desired future state 

  • Review ONE DAILY ACTION technique for aligning daily actions to future vision

This vision setting process will require you to commit to a 5 - 10 minute mindful practice, 3 - 5 times per week for 4 - 6 weeks.  Weekly meetings will be set up to continue to clarify and evolve your vision while tracking progress towards your goals.

Melissa Coppola - Owner, Vibe Yoga LLC.

Melissa Coppola currently owns and operates Vibe Yoga LLC, consisting of three studios in Nashua, NH (Vibe Yoga, Aerial Moon and the Vibe Meditation Room).

Prior to founding Vibe Yoga in 2020, Melissa obtained her Mechanical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and had a successful 17 year career in operations leadership at a large defense company, managing upwards of 200 employees.

The combination of Melissa's corporate and yoga experience gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to effectively partner with both local and global corporate clients to offer custom guided meditations, classes and workshops with a focus on stress reduction and mindfulness for the corporate worker.
