200 hr Yoga Teacher Training

Will you be part of our next 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training with Catherine Cloutier?
Experiencing yoga teacher training is often a journey of self exploration and spiritual growth and calls to many of us when we are in a time of personal transformation. This hatha/vinyasa focused training will explore asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, ayurveda teaching methodology, intelligent sequencing, and the business of yoga. You will graduate from this program with a deeper yoga practice and all the tools you need to confidently begin your yoga teaching career.
This year’s training will be limited to 8 people. We find that the small group size results in students building close relationships and allows you to get more experience teaching sample classes throughout the training.

INFO SESSION
We will be holding a free info session on Monday June 30th from 5:30 - 6:30 PM at Vibe Yoga. This session will be an open discussion with Q & A. No yoga mat needed.
SCHEDULE
Please be sure that you are available for the following dates. It is important that you are present with your class for all of the training.

Additional Monthly requirements
Attend at least 4 yoga classes outside of training and document observations
2+ hours or homework each month
Maintain yoga practice
Makeup
We ask that you do everything possible to make all of the scheduled sessions. If you do need to miss a training session we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate a makeup session as follows:
Miss one full day: $100-$150 for a 2-3 hour makeup session
Miss one full weekend: $250 for a 5 hour makeup session
Snow days: We intend to hold in person training in all weather conditions. Online with cameras on will be considered depending on the severity of the weather.

Yoga Alliance Certification Fee
A 3% credit card fee will be added to all credit card payments. Email Melissa at VibeYoga603@gmail.com to arrange payment with cash, check or Venmo and avoid 3% credit card fee
Non-Refundable Deposit to Secure Spot of $500, due at time of enrollment. This deposit will be refunded in full if you are not accepted into the training.
