OUR STUDIOS
Located in downtown Nashua, Vibe Yoga, The Vibe Yoga Meditation Room and Aerial Moon offer a variety of classes, workshops and events to help you achieve both your physical and mental wellness goals. We are passionate about creating an inclusive community that helps you to feel empowered to listen to what your body needs and to express yourself in a way that is true to you and brings you joy.
Our affordable class passes and memberships give you access to classes at all three of our locations.
VIBE YOGA

At Vibe Yoga we offer a variety of yoga classes for students of all levels and body types in order to meet you where you are physically, mentally and spiritually. Our goal is to help you to reduce stress and increased strength, flexibility, and balance.
AERIAL MOON
85 W. Pearl St.
At Aerial Moon we offer both Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance classes. This fun practice allows you to experience deeper stretches, develop core and arm strength, and explore the benefit of free hanging inversions allowing for neck and spine decompression.
VIBE MEDITATION ROOM
184 Main St. #223
Located above the Vibe Yoga Studio, the Vibe Meditation Room is a calm space dedicated to helping you develop and strengthen your meditation practice. Here you will find guided meditations, workshops and classes focused on energy and spirituality.

The age minimum for group classes is 13+
No pronged jewelry on aerial hammock.
Aerial clothing must NOT have snaps, hooks, or zippers or any fixtures that could snag in the hammock.
Bring your yoga mat to place under the fabric if you have one
Be on time, or a little early. For security & to avoid class interruptions, we lock the door at the start of each class
Avoid drinking alcohol or eating a heavy meal prior to class

The age minimum for classes is 12+
The studio has bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets for you to use during class. We have shared yoga mats as well although most people bring their own.
Try to be on time, or a little early to settle in without disrupting the class and to make the teacher aware if you are pregnant or have any injuries or other health conditions.
