Our 40 hr Aerial Yoga Yoga Teacher Training is lead by our very own Kimberly Beckner.

If you already practice and love Aerial Yoga, then you know how fun and liberating the practice can be. Aerial yoga invites a sense of creativity and play while allowing access to poses, movement and strengthening that is not always available with a mat alone. By using the Aerial silk you can experience deeper stretches, develop core and arm strength, and explore the benefit of free hanging inversions allowing for neck and spine decompression.

Whether you aspire to teach and lead others on their Aerial journey, or you are simply looking to deepen your practice, this training will break down how to safely execute and teach postures in the silk and how to put them together to create successful aerial yoga classes. You will graduate from this program with a deeper aerial yoga practice and all the tools you need to confidently begin your aerial yoga teaching career.
