Join us monthly on the Third Thursday of each month to relax and release with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditation focused on relaxing the body and getting you into the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where you can experience the power of deep rest and relaxation and simultaneously wake up to your essential nature filled with radiance and bliss. Over time this practice can result in a greater feeling of peace, intuition and increased creativity.
We will start the class with some gentle movement before settling into a comfortable position for a 30 - 40 minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. You are invited to bring a journal to the practice if you would like to capture anything that comes up for you during the practice.
This is considered a drop in class so memberships and class passes apply.
